What we collect
When you submit a consultation request we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number or email address, preferred contact method, the service you are interested in, your project description, timing preferences, any message you add, and any reference photographs you choose to upload. We also record basic referral information (the page you arrived on, the referring website, and campaign parameters if present) so we understand how enquiries reach us.
How we use it
Your information is used only to respond to your enquiry, arrange consultations and fittings, and keep a record of the work discussed. We do not sell, rent or trade client information, and we do not use your details for unrelated marketing.
Photographs you upload
Reference photographs are stored in a private location that is not publicly accessible. They are visible only to Metropolitan Tailoring staff reviewing your enquiry, and are never published on social media without your explicit permission.
Security
Submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in a protected database. Access requires an authenticated staff account with an explicit administrator role. Automated submission protections are in place to reduce spam.
Analytics
We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages and services are most useful. Analytics measurement is only activated once measurement identifiers and consent settings have been configured by the business owner.
Retention and your choices
Enquiry records are retained while they remain commercially relevant. You may ask us to correct or delete your information at any time, and we will action reasonable requests.
